Posters For and Against Reading

This poster series was inspired by Ray Bradbury's novel "Fahrenheit 451 " for and against education and books. I enjoyed it because it challenged me to see a perspective of whatever side I am on or what could be the other side. Creating art for book-burning was easier than against because it was rough and edgy as opposed to against the side, which required more thought and experimenting.

I was inspired in this mockup by Paula Scher and her work in "Pentagram" and for the NYC public theatre with use of bold colours to make something difficult not harsh , and standout.
